For all individual life insurance and annuity applications written in Virginia on or after April 1, 2007, AIG American General requires its producers to comply with these requirements.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Training (O.COP.OT.B/PR.H)
STOP and read this. Can you answer yes to all the questions?
- Are you aware that anti-money laundering training is mandated for all agents, brokers and employees and must be completed by May
2, 2007?
- Have you completed the anti-money laundering training?
- If you are an agency with producers contracted through your organization, have you confirmed your agents have completed the training?
If you completed the training through LIMRA, you do not need to notify AIG American General; LIMRA notifies us for you. If you have completed the training through another provider or carrier other than LIMRA, please fax proof of completion so we can credit you for completing the training. Please refer to the field bulletin for further details.

Revised Applications Project Update (O.NB.F.B/PR.H)
REMINDER: American General Life has revised and re-filed our life insurance application forms. The new forms are currently available on FastForms, via our Web site, www.aiglifebrokerage.com. Old forms for approved states will no longer be accepted after May 1, 2007. As the new forms are approved in other states, you will have a 60-day window to phase out the old forms.
